
In the first part of the competition, participants answer questionnaires with approximately 20 - 30 questions on their respective fields of expertise. Tthese questionnaires contain only multiple-choice questions with single or multiple response options.
The questions will cover the following areas of knowledge:
• Professional expertise
• Technical terms
• Technical calculations
• Product recognition
• Menu composition and corresponding beverages
• Culinary specialities and products
